Hi Dan,

PST files CAN be accessed over a network connection, but not concurrently,
and it is also not supported by Microsoft. PST files are designed as a
local storage, and shoulf only be used a such to ensure the integrity of
your data. In Outlook 2000, you could try and use Net Folders to share
your data from a PST file. In later version of Outlook though, Net Folders
is no longer available. Synchronizing data in PST files has been a long
desired functionality of Outlook which is still not available. If you
would like this feature tell us about it. We welcome your feedback on this
functionality fo Outlook. Please send e-mail to (e-mail address removed) and
let us know how YOU believe Outlook should function. Out product teams use
YOUR feedback in designing new features for Outlook, when planning the
upcoming releases.
