Hi,

I want to be able to set up users so that they can share their
calender with other users but only let them see the default view with
appointments and not click on an item and read its details.

I have gone into 'Calender Properties' and then into 'Permissions' but
the most basic permission in there - the 'Reviewer' still lets me
click on an item and read its details. The 'Folder View' permission
lets me see the overall calender but hides the appointments.

Is there any way to let users see the calender view and see what items
are scheduled but not let them read the individual items.

Cheers for all help.

Everyone can view Free/Busy information of another users calendar by
creating a meeting request and adding that person to the attendees list.

Cheers for that Megan. What I have is an Intranet with each users
profile. On each persons profile is a button 'show calender' which
pulls up their calender in outlook (if permissions given) and shows
them events for the day. So I'm trying to get a way to let them see
when the user is free, but cheers for help.
