you can use remote routing access service (rras) and stop icmp (ping) by
setting up filters if computer is behind a fire wall you can block icmp at
fire wall
Thanks for that info. The Linksys router is supposed
to "Blokc Wan Requests', but it still allows my computer
to respond to ping requests. I'll try your suggestion.
The router will only stop pings from the outside (the
internet), but not from the inside (your internal network).
