how to setup outlook roaming profile for PC workstation

Dear All,
We are currently using some IBM Thin client and we would like to use the
same principles on our workstations. the Pc users are not roamed for the
moment but we would like to create roaming profile for tehm.it works fine
excpet for Outlook 2k3 as everytime a user (configured as roaming user) logs
to a workstation, we need to enter the following infos: username and exchange
server name althought we already have in our MST the variables
defined:%username% and %eX2kserver%.
the %username% and %eX2kserver% are not retrieved therefore we have to set
up everything manually which is not really the aim of the roaming. It would
be great if someone could help me with this matter.
