I have "Excel XP"

I would like to create a spread sheet, but I am unfamliar
as to how to setup my data in a logical sense.

Not nearly enough info to give an answer. What type of data?
How many different fields do you need. Maybe include some samples
of data. The more info you give the better answer you will get.

I would start by thinking how you would set out the data on a large piece of
paper.

If you click on the 'links' at the top it will lead you to a page with loads
more excel pages.

If you want more specific advise I suggest you post back with your excel
version and an outline of what you are trying to use excel for.
