how to setup a contact list in Outlook 2003

Explain what you mean and what you want to do.
 
When you click Contacts in Outlook 2003. Can you divide your contacts up into
different groups for example;staff and you can click it and all the staff
names will come up?

There are at least three options for grouping Contacts in Outlook, depending
on your needs:
1. Categories
2. Separate Contact Subfolders
3. Distribution Lists
The last is not recommended. The other two are discussed here:
