Vista is similar just a bit harder to find the setup program right now...
Note the router must pass both TCP Port 1723 and GRE Protocol 47 traffic. The latter is sometimes called "PPTP Pass Through". There is a test you can run to see if your router has any issues with this. See the "PPTP Ping" and "VPN Traffic" sections on this page for help...
