How can I set up recurring hourly alerts during working hours. The ideal
would be visual rather than audible, and would not synchronize to my Treo. I
need to move hourly, but forget to do so while engrossed in work. Thanks.

You'd be better off using one of the many freeware alarm clocks available on
the Internet.
