How to set up personal POP email with work exchange server?

Here is the problem- I set these twoup,but it seems that my personal POP
email is also going to the exchange server and created the size issue! I have
to ensure that my personal email does not get mixed with work email. How do i
do it effectively?

Either use rules to move your messages from the POP3 account to a Personal
Folder (pst-file) or create separate mailprofiles for the accounts;
