How to Set Up Log Off from Start Menu

Easy question, just couldn't find the answer lurking.

In an admin terminal svcs connection to a Win2K server, I click Start | Shut
Down | Log Off to exit my session.

What is the fix to click Start | Log Off instead? I've seen it but can't
figure out how to do it.

You should be able to do this through group policies.
There is an option to remove shutdown from the Start Menu
and to add the Logoff onto the Start Menu.
