How to set up ibernation instead of suspend?

Hi!
Vista Home Premium 32bit on a Dell XPS420 does not recuperate properly from
suspend mode, loosing all USB divices conection including mouse, key board,
external sound card and external hard drives.
Traing to swich from suspend mode to hibernation instead i do not know how.
:(
Can anibody please help me???

From an administrative command prompt run

Powercfg -h on
