How to set up animation scheme for every bullet?

In cases where the powerpoint slide has multiple bullets and sub bullets
used, how do we ensure that each of the bullet/ sub bullet appears animated
based on the animation scheme chosen?

For example, if the slide contents are as follows

TITLE - SALES FOR THE MONTH

BULLET - SALES FOR NORTH
SUB BULLET - SALES FOR NORTH - REGION 1
SUB BULLET - SALES FOR NORTH - REGION 2
BULLET - SALES FOR SOUTH

How do we ensure that every bullet is animated in such a way that on click
of the mouse, the next bullet appears?

First apply the entrance effect to the bulleted list by using the custom
animation task pane and the add effect button (click on the border of the
placeholder to select the list), then double click on the entry, choose the
last tab text animation, click on the list arrow next to group by and choose
the level you want in your case by level 2.
