I would like to schedule a meeting with someone in Central time and we are on
west coast. I would like to display both times and have the meeting schedule
itself appropriately on their calendar. How do I do this?

I'm not positive about this, but believe that's the default behavior.
It's based on the time zone of your computer, I think.

Outlook will schedule the appointment in each persons calendar and adjust
automatically in the respective calendars. If you require to see both time
zones in your calendar you make the appointment request then in Outlook
2003, select Tools/Options/Calendar Options/Time Zone... and select a second
time zone.

If you wish to see more than two time zones when you make the appointment,
go to www.websetters.co.uk at look at WS:Repeat Appointment for Outlook
version 2 where you can configure up to five time zones and see the impact
an appointment time will have on the different timezones
