Outlook does not provide an easy solution for shift workers. I would create
the item, mark it as a daily recurrence for 4 days. Save and close. Then I
would use the Date Navigator and drag the item to the next start of your 4
day shift. (right click and drag allows you to copy).
Alternatively, you can use WS Repeat Appointments for setting up
non-traditional recurring items.
