How to set up a classified section on a website?

I would like to add a classified section to my website. Is there a way to put
a submit form on and have the answers visible on the same page? Basically a
want ad section. This would be on a private page so that there would be no
problem with the public viewing the results.
 
Yes
But it would require use of custom server side coding and a Database (both dependent on what your host supports)

Thanks. I think i'm going to work on a different format. I was thinking a
submit form that emails me and then I'll just manually add the listings.
Would this be possible?
