how to set up 2 contact lists

I have a desktop that has my "contacts" as a list for Outlook 2003. I added
the contacts to another machine (laptop) with the same e-mail address etc. I
am not allowed to add another Outlook contact folder on the laptop (even
though there is no contact folder shown on the drop down menu on the laptop
as there is on the desktop). How do I create a folder to send e-mail to those
contacts o nthe laptop?

Who isn't allowing you to create another Contacts Folder?
