Our company have a two lan.Lan1 is in HK.and Lan2 is in china.
Lan1:10.10.0.x/16
Lan2:192.168.0.x/24
Lan1 and Lan2 connect by VPN.but there is a firewal in Lan2.So Lan1 can not access Lan2 any resource directly except i set a police in the firewall .
in the firewall.I permit Lan1 to access Lan2 a Active directory Controller.(the firewall serveic set to any service).the lan1 computer can login the ADC.can access ADC any shared (include c$,d$).lan2 computer can join the AD.
But Lan1 computer can not ?
i hopen someoen can help solve this problem, thanks!

did you configure the lan1 computer properly (esp as a DNS client ?)
is you firewall stateful ? is you DC able to reply to RPC requests ?

i suggest setting a up a DC in each VLAN for various reasons

of course.i set the computer DNS server IP is the lan2 ADC IP.
so.when i run the "nslookup".it it prompt can not find the DNS server.why?
by the way,how to set the DC reply to RPC request?
thanks
