How to set reminder for appointment > 2 wks?

When I try to set up reminder for an appointment in Outlook 2002, the
longest time in advance in the drop down box is 2wks.

Is there a a way to customize the appoinments so that longer time
frames can be used eg one month?

Thanks, but:

I typed "1 month" in the reminder box...still got the same message:
"the units in the duration are not valid". What am I doing wrong?

You're right -- my bad. When it didn't give me an error after I tabbed
out of the box, I assumed it had been accepted. But when I tried it
again just now, I tried to save the appointment and I got the error you
described. Never mind...just use the method Diane suggested. Sorry
about the misinformation.

try typing 30d in that field. it apparently doesn't support months.
