is there a way to do this... Outlook 2003 does not allow me to exclude
weekends when I am setting up the appt. i think it was available in outlook
97. pls help.

Yes, it does. Set your event/meeting/appointment to recur every 10 days and
check the box to include only weekdays..

No, it doesn't... The checkbox you speak of is missing. In appt recurrence,
Under recurrence pattern I select Daily, then Every 10 days, The only other
field is Range of Recurrence, there is no checkbox/radio button that says
include weekdays. Is it a version issue? vers is 2003 (11.6359.6408) SP1. Thx

The option should appear directly under the recurrence option - it does in
mine?!

Isn't every 10 business days nothing other than every 14 calendar days
(i.e., two weeks)?

Thx for the workaround. May get caught up on some holidays. Better than what
i had b4.

Milly: wasn't trying to be funny, i really dont have the option available in
that window. that's why i asked if it could be a version issue.

I have the exact same version and it appears in mine.

I also have this version and it does appear however you cannot click on both
options. The system only allows me to choose one or the other.
