I have a small LAN and I have set up a PC running XP Pro called DM with a
shared folder called DC. Four remote users, within the LAN, are able to
read/execute DC folder and child folders and files which is good. But, I also
need them to have write privlages with no delete rights. Right now the 4
users cannot create new files or folders and all files accessed are
Read-Only, I need to enable them to read, create, write new and exsisting
files and folders within DC folder. How do I do this? Can anyone point me to
the right direction? Thanks.

The right direction is probably somewhere in the
microsoft.public.windows.* hierarchy, not in a newsgroup for Word.
