how to set picture border color?

Hi All,

in Fpage2002/win98 how to set
border color? since in pic property
appearance there is border size, but
can't find border color...
Why FP don't give this simple setting
in pic property ?????

The picture border color will be set to your page default
- link color if it is a hyperlink
- or black if it is not hyperlinked

If it is not hyperlinks you can apply a style for the border color
(right click for picture properties - general - style - format - borders)
