How to set password for email?

Eric

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to set password for email?
If I would like to send email to someone, and request to enter password
before reading this email, does Microsoft Outlook have any feature to do it?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

This is not a feature of email in general. If you have a document that
you want to send protected, you can send it as a password-protected ZIP
file attachment, but not the email message itself.

If you're running Exchange 2007 (and maybe 2003) and the user you're sending
to is on the server, then you could put DRM on the message, but even that
won't require a password beyond the fact that they need to log in to the
network.

If you can't guarantee the user's mail client (and heck, even if you can),
your best solution might be to put it in a text file, zip up the text file
and put a password on that.
