How to set option for requesting confirm reading?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to set option for requesting confirm
reading and receive by receiver? whenever I send any email.

tools, options, email options, tracking options - check the boxes to request
receipts all messages I send.

Note that requesting receipts tends to annoy people and requesting them
doesn't guarantee you'll get them back.
