My system is Windows XP professional, service pack 2.

How do I (system administrator) enforce the disk quota or
space limit on each users?
You know these days kids, teenagers keep download
MP3, and other junk files, they can fill up
the disk very quick and they don't want to delete any of them.

If I can set the disk quota 10 GB for each, when they
reach to their disk limit, they can't save files and more.
Then they have to decide what junks need to delete or copy
to a CD or DVD.

Thank Q in advance if you can help!

Go to Start...Run...and type in DISKMGMT.MSC and press Enter.
Right click on the drive you want to put quotas on and select Properties
Then select the Quota tab.
Put a check mark in the "Enable quota management" box and the greyed out
options will become available.

Check in Start | Help and Support for info on this. The volumes must be
formatted NTFS. Quotas can be applied per user, and apply to the volume as
a whole, not specific files in the volume. You can have one setting that
applies to all users or set different quotas for each user.
