How to set Cisco equipment to use IAS (Radius) authentication

Does anyone know how to setup Cisco equipment to use IAS
radius authentication? I don't know if IAS is not setup
properly or the Cisco equipment. Any info would be
appreciated.

If so, what do the event logs and Cisco device logs say? RADIUS is a simple
protocol, and if it breaks, you should get a simple error message.
