How to set appointments on the quarter hour?

Is there a way to set appointments for specific times other than on the hour
and half hour? I am using Outlook 2000.

Right click in the time scale when looking at a daily view of the calendar
and select the division size you'd like for the day

You can manually type in the exact time you want in the form instead of
using the pull-down menu. I often do this, for example, for airline
flight departure and arrival times, which are very rarely on the hour
or half- or quarter-hour.

This does not have any implications for how your calendar view looks
for other purposes, whereas changing the time scale does.
