How to separate contacts into 3 catagories on CPU & PDA

I am trying to separate my contacts into 3 fields. It is OK in the computer.
However the 3rd catagory won't migrate to my Palm. What do I need to do????

Not an Outlook question. Ask in a Palm group about their synchronization
capabilities.
