Hi,

My boss is sharing his calendar with me and he has given me an Editor
permission level.

He asked me to send his calendar via e-mail, but when I click on send a
calendar via e-mail, instead of bringing up his calendar it automatically
shows my calendar.

I also made sure that my calendar did not have a check mark and that there
was a check mark next to his name under People's Calendars.

Is it possible for me to send his calendar via e-mail?

No, you can't send his calendar from your account. You'd need to be logged
into his mailbox to send it.

E-mailing someone else's outlook calendar

Makes sense until you think about the Tripp it calendars which are a sub folder of a main calendar. My boss has an iPhone with an app that tracks plane flights on Outlook calendars. These calendars create themselves as subfolders of his main calendar and I have access to send those for him.

When you support a busy executive it is really helpful to be able to forward their calendar when trying to schedule meetings.
