Which Outlook do you use? I use 2002 and can tell you
what I do. Are you saying you want to send the same mail
to the same person with the same attachments every day,
or may change who you are sending it to or something?
You can resend messages using the same attachments again,
by opening the message in the "sent items" folder and, if
you have 2002 (at least I know I can do it there), you
can select "Actions" (in the bar that
says "file" , "edit", "view", etc), view the drop down
menu, and select resend. The sent message pops up again
with editable fields and you can send it again after you
change what you want or not change a thing. Before you
send it change the recipients or what ever and hit
send.
