How to send invitation card with image by Outlook appoointment

I am trying to send an appointment invitation through Outlook. Do you know
is how can I design the appointment with image & background colour with
different reply option, e.g. No, Yes - attend by myself and Yes - attend with
spouse, etc.?
 
Use a service like eVite.com. Outlook can't do what you describe.
