Is there a way to send an error report to Microsoft if you
don't have internet access or email?

Seriously if it's about a second pc not connected to the Net...
I'd try sending/copying report to a floppy disquette then moving the
disquette to 2nd pc.

I wouldn't worry about it. This function ins't reaaly for your benefit.
you are unlikely to get any response. This is so MS has an idea of what
programs user use the most that have problems. They can them prioritize
which problems need to be solved first to be included in pathes or
services packs.
