How to send a "New Message to Contact" from the Catagory View in 2

In 2002 I could open my By Category View, select a Category, and |Actions|New
Message to Contact|and a new blank message would appear addressed to all
Contacts in that Category. In 2003 there is no "New Message to Contact" under
the Actions tab.
 
Yes! There is now, but not until I set up my email account. Thanks, Rus!
