Normally when you want to check and change the Display Properties/
Appearance/Item choices, you have to open the Item dropdown menu and go
through each of the 17 choices, one at a time. Is there a way to see all of
the Item choices, and their settings all at once? I want to print this list
out and use it to compare and reset the display on my other Win2000
computer.

I've never heard of a Scheme with regards to the Win2000 display...but is it
something that can be printed out so I can do what I was asking about? And
where do I find this Scheme?

Control Panel
Click Display
Click Tab Appearance
You see Scheme: Windows Standard << is default

Well I here I needed to make my to Windows Classic (large)
For my Elo Touch screen< I have big hands!

Now to paint the list
Get Gadwin PrintScreen 4.5 it free
http://www.gadwin.com

If you need more help go to
microsoft.public.win98.gen_discussion
And post there!

I don't know of any way to list or print the list, it's held in the
user's profile in binary form. What you can do is set things to your
liking then use the Save as... button to save the settings. The
settings will be saved as a value in the current user's registry hive at:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Appearance\Schemes

You can export the value and then import it to your other Windows 2000
machine.
