How to search text boxes and headers

I have a large MS Word file with a lot of text boxes. How do I do a search
and replace on text in all the text boxes? Also, the header changes
frequently in this document. How do I do search and replaces on all the
headers?

In the find window, you will see "highlight all itmes
found in" box. Choose headers and footers.

I created a text box with text in it. When I went to the
find window again, an option to include text boxes
appeared.
