How to search and replace cells

Can you help:

I have two columns of identical data (fairly large data set) where in Column B the data is same as in column A but is in different order, in the third column I need a formula that would: Look for a text in column B, and would return the text corresponding (or match) the text in column A

What I have:

Column A Column B
Bob Bill
Bill Jack
Jack Jospeph
Joseph Robert
Jill Bob
Robert Jack

What I am trying to get:

Column A Column B Column C (formula)
Bob Bill Bob
Bill Jack Bill
Jack Jospeph Jack
Joseph Robert Joseph
Jill Bob Jill
Robert Jack Robert

Can anyone help with this?
