As title. Thanks

You know the help and support centre is a marvellous invention. Do you ever
think to use it? May I suggest you do so as you'd be able to answer your own
question.

www.analogx.com look for program called CAPTURE. You
can place an icon in the quicklaunch or system tray...right
click on it and select to capture the top window or the
whole screen to a file you select. It is free.

to make the issue a little clearer, alt + printscreen will capture only the
active window and print screen will catch the whole desktop with all the
windows showing one behind the other.

Greetings --

Pressing the <PrtScn> key copies the entire display to the
clipboard. Pressing <ALT>+<PrtScn> copies only the active Window to
the clipboard. To view the screen capture, open a graphics program,
such as MS Paint, and press <CTRL>+V. This will paste the contents of
the clipboard (your screenshot) into the open file, and allow you to
view it or save it as a file for later use.
