Ramesh,
Thanks for quick response but, sorry, I did not see any NoSaveSettings flag
in
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explor
er] folder. I am using Window XP MediaCenter OS. Is that make any
difference?
Rob
Hi Rob,
Open Registry Editor [regedit.exe] and go to this location:
NOTE: Backup the registry keys before modifying. Use the File > Export
option to backup the key.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explor
er]
Set NoSaveSettings value to 0. Repeat the same for this key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explo
rer]
Restart Windows.
