How to save a report so it can be emailed?

I have tried all the options that are in the sendto mail recipient. They all
look terrible I want to save the report the same way it looks when I print
it. I need to include the logo as well as the headers which are white with a
gray background. Every option I tried , brought all the text down to a
single size and I lost all formatting.

Did you try Snapshot format? That is the only one that does what you ask.
Otherwise you can use a separate program and create a PDF file.
 
I tried that .. but when I looked at what it was attached. My computer did
not know how to open it.

You have to install the Snapshot Viewer program from your Office CD or download
it from Microsoft's web site. (free)
