How to save a background into a file?

I was downloading some pictures from my digital camera and when one came up,
I applied it to my background and then deleted it without saving it. Is there
somewhere that I can find the picture to save into My Pictures so I can use
it?

If the image is still in use as your desktop
background...it should be in the following folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\>user name<\
Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer
