How to run powerpoint presentation without clicking

If you are using PPT 2002 or later, you can bring up the Custom Animation
task pane, select the animations, and set them to run "After Previous"
instead of "On Click". (This option is towards the top of the task pane.)

That way makes permanent changes to each slide's animations. If you want the
slides to change automatically, bring up the Transitions task pane, select a
transition, uncheck "On Mouse Click", check the timed box and give it a
time, then click the "Apply to all slides" button.

Just to add the Kathy,s advice you can also add delays to either with or
after previous animations by double clicking the custom anim. entry and >
timing > delay
