How to run DOS based applications

I need help to install and run Tally 4.5 (Accounting
Software), Clipper based packages in Windows 2000
Professional. How can i setup the FILES & BUFFERS IN THE
CONFIG.SYS, as done in Win9x and DOS environment.
 
You edit the "config.nt" file instead of "config.sys". It's located it
the system32 subdirectory. You'll probably want to contact the folks
over at "Tally" for more help in getting that running.
