How to return to default theme?

I used a bad theme which turn all the things including
backgroud,menu,font in black.so what i could see are icons
only,i want to turn my theme back ,but when i right click
my mouse on desktop, a black menu come out on the top of
the icons,but i cant see the information on the menu.:(....
now i cant do any work,because everything i run is in black
i want to change the profile file in command mode,but i
dont know which file is the one i need to deal.can you
help me???????? I dont wan't to format my disk and install
my system in blank.

Right-click Desktop and press "W". and press Alt + A. This will apply Windows Classic theme. Change the preferred one later.

Right-click Desktop and "W" brings up the "new" submenu on mine.

Try right click Press "R" and Press "W" and press "enter that should work if
Ramesh's does not work.
