This is most likely the wrong group to be asking this question
considering this is a DotNet programming group however I will assist
you the best I can.
I am assuming you are using Windows XP. If you right click on the task
bar and go to Toolbars - Language Bar (make sure it has a check next
to it) it should put the [EN] back on the task bar. If this does not
work to to Start Menu - Control Panel - Regional and Language Options
- Languages Tab - Details - and make sure that English is selected as
the Default input Language and the other desired languages are loaded
under the Installed services.
