How to Retrieve deleted text from XP Word

Hi.
I accidently erased text from my document and saved.
Now I don't know what I deleted and I need that
information.

Is there any way to undo this change after saving it.

Only by clicking the Undo button (Edit > Undo) (if you haven't closed Word
after saving it) or if you had asked Word to keep a back up of the
previously saved document.
