how to retrieve archived emails

Hi,

My company do not have an exchange server. We are using a 3rd party mail
server which we subscribe from. I would like to know how can i retrieve and
read my archived emails.

Kindly advise.

Your archived emails should be on your local machine......in Outlook do
File-Open-Outlook Data File....
 
You check your Archive settings, in order to determin the path / name of the
archive file.
Then within OL, File>Open>Data File.......browse to this file
