On start-up enter the BIOS,exit page,select,load set-up
defaults,then save changes and exit BIOS.If that doesnt
do it,go to run,type:Msconfig
Windows start-up options are listed,make sure all is
checked.
Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
In the right pane check the path for:
Wallpaper
SCRNSAVE.EXE
