How to restore group policy items

Dear all,

We have setup a window 2000 professional with application of local group policies such as Avoid adding new program,avoid service pack update, disable run commend from menu...
This in order to avoid our customer to play with the system when they do not know what they are doing.

For certain type of customer who have eperience, I would like to recover initial settings of certain lcal group policy items, like authorize run command from menu. But I would like to reset that security through a kind of batch file in order to avoid giving to customer Administrator password.
I will be then ablez to send the batch file to my customer by mail, then running it automatically reset desire security items
Is there a way to do this ?
