how to resize columns without affecting columns above?

How do i construct a table of columns adjusting the coulumn widths without
affecting the graphs above?
 
Right click over the chart, choose, Format Chart Properties. From the
userform that pops up, choose the Properties dialog and select Don't move or
size with cells.
