How to reshape data input mask

Hello everybody,

I would like to add a field to the input mask for a new contact. Specifically I would like to add "userfield 1'" to the first ("general") or second ("details") section and not always have to go to the last section and choose "other fields" (or "various fields", I'm using a different language version, so the names may be different).
Does anybody have an idea? Maybe also a completely different idea how to make the data acquisition more convenient?
My version of Outlook is 2003.

You can customize the General page, but not the Details page.
