G Graham Mayor Jul 6, 2009 #2 Delete normal.dotm Delete the date key in the registry - HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Word\Data Delete Building Blocks.dotx Between them these three will account for most of the things you may have screwed up.
